The Youth ended July in the Mountains with Brother Levi Jones as our guide! He took us under Rainbow Bridge as we floated the Cabarton section of the Payette River. We immediately changed and took off for an intense backpacking trip as our Young Men and Young Women carried their gear to our mountain lake campground. We spent time fishing and hiking and saw another lake the next day. We hiked out and landed at a lake house cabin. The cabin seemed to have unlimited food, and Levi was again at the helm but this time on his boat as he loaded 19 people up. We jumped back and forth from the lake to the hot tub—a few days of greatness with firesides, campfires, and outstanding youth.
